Giacometti Bronze

I watch the ships roll in from the sea
I feel inertia creep
I look into a Giacometti bronze and
It looks just like you

I'm heading south for now - to the coast
To set this creature free
You break my eyes, infest the skies
With all the lies you feed the world.

The blistering heat is scolding me
It cooks my brain, I cannot think
Kitchen knifes and parasites
Descending down on helpless lives

So have a cigerette, do as you please
I can't believe you have
The nerve to abuse your state benefits
And bleed the blisters dry.
